Message	I filed my claim with Small Claims Court for the internet transaction. And the good thing about Small Claims Court is that you file in your jurisdiction(not the vendor's city court) & it's straight forward after that. You present your case along with your evidence to the judge & if the judge decides in your favor you win for your loss & your court filing costs. If the vendor doesnt pay-up right away, they also have to pay the costs for a Sheriff's collection service.
